The Institute of Corpuscular Physics, through the Meitner Project, has launched the fourth edition of the ‘ExpressArte ConCiencia’, a science, gender, and art competition aimed at secondary school students (compulsory and baccalaureate) and training cycles throughout Spain, and whose objective is to highlight the role of women in the world of astrophysics, nuclear physics, and particle physics.

The works are free. You can write poetry, micro-stories, choreographies, paintings, comics, photos, music, monologues, short films, etc. Only the following requirements must be taken into account:
The deadline for submitting entries is 23 March 2025. The submitted works will be publicly exhibited on the Institute of Corpuscular Physics website and on its social media profiles for voting.
Three works of art will be awarded, each with a prize of €500 on behalf of the winning student's school. In addition, a further 18 works will be selected for an exhibition in digital format that will remain available to the public indefinitely and the schools whose work is selected will receive a copy of the book ‘Meitner Project’ by Robert Marc Friedman.
