This Legal Notice regulates the use of the Rincón Educativo website, accessed via the address www.rinconeducativo.org (hereinafter website), property of Foro Nuclear, a non-profit civil association constituted in June 1962 and registered in the National Register of Associations, Group 1, Section 1, National Number 2967, with registered address at C/ Boix y Morer nº 6, 28003, Madrid (Spain) and holder of Fiscal Identification Code (C.I.F.) nº G-28690451. I.F. nº G-28690451, of which you are informed in compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce. It has been created to publicise and allow general access to all Internet users.

Navigation through the website or its use in any way attributes the condition of user, and implies full and unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice.

Foro Nuclear, through its website, provides its users with access to certain contents made available by Foro Nuclear or by third party providers of services and contents. The user voluntarily accepts that the use of this content is, in all cases, under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

Foro Nuclear reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration or content of the website and of this Legal Notice. These modifications shall be considered to have been validly notified as soon as they are published on the website.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the contents of the website, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, sounds, videos, animations, recordings, computer programs, source codes, design and navigation structure and, in general, any intellectual creation existing on this site, as well as the site itself as a whole, as a multimedia artistic work, are the property of Foro Nuclear.

Su única finalidad es la de facilitar y animar el acceso a otras fuentes de información en Internet relacionadas con el sector nuclear o de carácter general relacionadas con el mismo. Esta vinculación se efectúa sin ánimo alguno de lucro.

Foro Nuclear no se hace responsable de los contenidos a los que se acceda en virtud de los mencionados enlaces, ni de las modificaciones que se lleven a cabo en los mismos, ni del uso que de aquellos se realice, ni de su disponibilidad técnica, ni garantiza la ausencia de virus u otros elementos en los mismos que puedan producir alteraciones en el sistema informático (hardware y software), en los documentos o los ficheros del usuario, excluyendo cualquier responsabilidad por los daños de cualquier clase causados al usuario por este motivo.
