Visit by the Lise Meitner Programme to the Russian Federation

The Rosatom Technical Academy and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) have organised visits for participants in the Lise Meitner Programme to key locations between 2 and 15 August 2026 (including travel days), to learn about:

• An operational nuclear power plant.
• A nuclear fuel fabrication plant.
• Research centres, with particular emphasis on the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR), a world leader in reactor physics and materials science.

These visits are aimed at female professionals with a background in the nuclear sector and at least three years’ professional experience, or final-year PhD students with relevant prior work experience.
