The Lise Meitner Programme, which aims to promote the professional development of women in the nuclear sector, includes professional visits to various nuclear facilities (facilities under construction, operation or decommissioning), research centers, scientific institutions, laboratories, the industrial sector and start-up companies. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to broaden their one-on-one professional relationships with a wide range of leaders and experts in the field.
This programme, funded by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and lasting two to four weeks, also contains lectures and interactive debates on topics relevant to the host organizations and other participants, as well as actions that facilitate the development of soft skills through management and leadership training, mentoring, networking and coaching, and competency management.
