On-site Visit: Hinkley Point Visitor Centre (United Kingdom)

It is a space to encourage visitors to explore how low-emission electricity is created in a fun and interactive way.

You can also take a virtual tour of EDF's ongoing construction of unit C of the Hinkley Point nuclear power plant or simply view the images from a drone around Big Carl, the world's largest crane!

All Hinkley Point B tours are suspended.

Opening times: Monday-Thursday, 9.30 - 17.00h, and Friday, 9.30 - 16.00h (except Bank Holidays)

  • The last visit is half an hour before closing.
  • Please phone in advance to confirm availability.
  • Please note the visitor centre will be closed on the 2nd Monday of each month due to staff training.

Additional information:

Parking: Available parking is limited to 5 spaces – bay numbers 29 to 33. To respect our neighbors in the local community, we ask that our visitors not park their cars on the roads around Cannington Court at any time.
